Question DRW vs. SRW MPG

Is it a certainty that a DRW will get worse/far worse/ or the same MPG as SRW? Considering everything else is identical about the trucks.

Thx

And then a dually would get way worse mileage? Would 15-16 be unreasonable w/o towing?
