Default Just discovered a Cracked Exhaust Manifold...

I have just discovered that I have a cracked Exhaust Manifold on my STOCK 06 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab. I started looking for a replacement and found several different brands from $150 - $850. I also found out from digging in glove box papers this is the 2nd time previous owner has replaced Manifold with original Dodge parts. Can anyone shed ant light on a Manifold that wont crack under normal conditions unlike these have ?
Also thinking of upgrading Turbo & adding Chip to my STOCK engine while I'm in there. Any suggestions on a new Turbo & Chip ? Not looking to make enough power for the sled, just enough to bump up my current power pulling my 30' Offshore Drone and Bobcat...

Thanks for the info. A two piece sounds like it would solve the problem. Any input on a new Turbo ? Don't know what Dodge installs stock to know where to look for upgrade size/ boost Turbo. Also seeing different size mm (blades/bearing ?) for turbo ? Can you/ anyone give me the cliff-notes explanation of different mm size? Gonna check you out in a few...
