Default Driving in pa

I will be vacationing in PA I am taking my f350 diesel dually registerd in RI as commerical vehicle do I have to stop at weigh stations it's my personal vehicle but I am not in commerce.Should I put not for hire stickers on it. Thanks Joe

does it have dot numbers and such on it? and will you be pulling anything? i'd say no probably not but theres a lot more guys on here that will know the facts on it for ya

oh yeah you should be fine. i drove down to carlisle and i'm commercial plated. i was fine. never stopped once. stopped there and at a bar on the way back. thats it.

You'll be fine I drive by them all the time with NY commercial plates for work.

ya i'll be goin to school there for diesel tech next year and i deffinitely wont be stopping

I hauled a D6 to murrysville last week and a 321 excavator back out with my KW, and I didn't see a scale that was even open... in PA... only place I ever had trouble with Penn DOT was at toll booths on the penna turnpike.
