This mother er is a crook we came to an agreement for 5500.00 for this truck and i got the loan the train and pane tickets and everything and he calls me today and tells me its sold!!!!!!!!!!!!! To someone else wtf wtf wtf. He wil be hearing form my lawyer tomorrow and giving me my truck on the #rd of january!!!!! !


Here's the PM of me telling him I at the Bank and got hte loan and he was tal;king to me at the bank.

Hey man I am working on getting some pics and vids up of the truck, should be up here in a bit. Address is 826 Memorial Park Drive Huntington, WV, and the vin is 1B7KF26D2VJ539363, only thing is that I am not sure if the first character is a "1" or an "L", I am assuming it is a "1" seeing as how the rest of the letters are capitalized and it is not. Yeah, I think I could do that especially if you are coming this far, however I do have someone coming to look at the truck Friday, I will keep in touch and keep you up to date. It said sales pending...? Doesnt mean its yours... Did he fax you anything saying its sold to you with his signiture and yours and does he have a copy as well? Least he called you b4 you came, I had earnest money on a truck and it was sold b4 I got back with the cash. Got it back with an extra 50 to boot. Life goes on, cash talks bs walks... Id like to see how your gonna make a case outa this one...

 

Unfortunatly until you make a deposit or sign some kind of agreement, you havn't bought anything and have no case in court. It's a shame people conduct themselves this way but that's the way it is now days.

how so? i dont understand that I guess. When I built my house and signed a contract for a price the builder had to provied a house for that price before any money was exchanged b/c we had agreed on it that is what would happen? How is this different only in this case I have text and PM information that showes the agreement over a contract.
