Default manual transmission availability in light trucks

Circumstances compel me to look into buying a new pickup truck (while keeping my old Dodge/Cummins), and I'm looking at all brands. Something I find shocking - manual transmissions are no longer available in Toyota, Ford, or GM trucks - even diesels. Only Dodge and Nissan seem to have an MT option.

Is this right? (I'm checking out the "build your own" options at the corporate sites, and there seem to be no options except automatic transmissions.)

pretty sad.

I guess the autos (cant remember the model) in the new ford diesels are pretty stout. Guys are racing them with 600 hp with no tranny mods.
