Well the first part I ordered for my cummins was a low fuel pressure light. I ordered that from laguna speed shop on 7-1-09 and they charged my credit card right away for that. well 9-8-09 i still had not gotten it. i called and canceled my order, they told me that where going to send me a check in the mail cause they couldnt refund my card. well here it is 10-14-09 and still nothing! i tryed to call them but no answer and no calls back! Wish i would have found this site before i did this so i could have used some trustworthy shops! They have a 2 full page ad in one of the diesel mags so i thought they would be good to deal but boy was i wrong! anyone else had a prob with them????

Man, that would seriously suck, but at least a low pressure light isn't more than $75... I'm hearing more of these stories lately about shops right now... It's tough out there.

I had great luck with the Laguna guys earlier this year, setting up my Duramax!
I basically wen't into the whole thing blindly and after talking to ten shops with morons on the phone trying to hardclose me on hypertechs, the guys at Laguna Speed seriously set me up. And they KNOW THERE STUFF without any hesitation!
Sorry to stick up for these guys on a hate thread, but I do want to give em a thumbs up, only because they did me right and they truly were the most knowledgable techs I've contacted out of Diesel Power Mag!

I had a similar situation, I ordered a 3 gauge pillar from them. Now on there website it still to this day says it "Replaces factory A-pillar with no cutting/drilling required" which after talking with the guy on the phone and through emails he assured me that the pod was a direct replacement for the a-pillar and that the factory pillar is not needed anymore. My factory pillar had broken tabs on it, so I bought it and the site did not say anything about being on back order.

After a month of my cart still saying my "order is processing" (or something to that nature), I emailed them, called and talked to them (raising he!! to them), they said it would be shipped 5 days from now, and, that went on for the next several months, each time they also said they couldn't refund my money until I returned the item. Every time I asked them how could I send it back when it has not even shipped to me yet?

Well finally after about 6 months, I got a package with the pillar (and what do you know, it was just a cover, just like every other pod), called them back and b!tched again and told them that this was a cover NOT a replacement like I was told several times, I told them I was going to send it back and that I wanted a refund, they told me because the purchase date was past 30 days they could not give a refund.

We can get you a 90 degree fitting that has a tap for the fuel pressure. That what people need when using an Airdog or Fass.

Another place NOT to deal with is Dominator Diesel. I bought my HRVP44 from them and they never sent my core money back. I kept calling them and they would tell me it was in the mail. Its been over two years and I still don't have my core money.
