I ordered side steps from laguna speed 3 months ago. they cost me $479. I would call every week to check on them and they gave me a bs story that the company had parts on back order. So after 2 months of waiting i called rbp the maker of the steps and asked if they had anything on back order. I talked to the owner of RBP and he said there should be no reason i should not have them within a month. They are a total rip off. I am so pissed!!! What should I do? That is a lot of money. -

Just a suggestion here. Has anybody reported this to Dieselpower Magazine yet. Good time to see just how upstanding they are in they're business practices also. May be the best way to wake Laguna up is if there primary advertiser drops them. -

I ordered a bd turbo from laguna in june, they said it would ship in 7-10 days. After numerous phone calls and waiting two months. I finally gave up and cancelled the order in august. They still havent refunded my card they just give me the same run-around. They owe me $1340.00. What the he!! man!?!?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I also found a guy on duramaxforum.com that had the exact same problem. I wonder how many people they ripped off? -
