If you recall, we started modifying it in the summer of 2013 and kicked off the project by beefing up the 5R110 TorqShift transmission (July ’13). Then, we transitioned into a bulletproof short-block build (Jan. ’14), followed by a reworked top-end (April ’14). Part 4 (Oct. ’14) brought us to the high-pressure fuel system and the installation of Elite Diesel Engineering’s Twin K16 fuel system and 100-percent-over injectors.
