Default running hot

my 90 1st gen is running hot . it will idle forever and not get warm but the minute I try to drive it starts getting hot. No coolant in the oil no oil in the coolant. im stumped. brand new water pump thermostat fan clutch temp sending unit . hasplenty of power . If you have any ideas I could use the help.

have you checked the hoses & radiator make sure that when you rev the engine you see the radiator fluid circulating

Yea it's circulating good. it also doesn't put out heat in the cab.
