Phalanx (Spartan tuning)
SCT (Eric @ Innvoatve)
H&S (Mike @ KEM)

Anything with a DPF delete and a hot tune will yield great mileage. Some guys are reporting 20-25mpg with cruise set with these tunes, DPF gone, on flat ground running a 60mph speed or so. The DPF is the mileage killer... you're dumping raw fuel in to burn soot out, just not a smart idea.

As for warranty, obviously any mod like this is a sure fire way to void it. Some dealers are cool with it, some are not. If you're ok with it... you can put it back to stock, throw the DPF back on, and bring it in...

These transmission will hold this power no problem.

The reason your LB7 seems faster is it probably weighs 1500lbs less. Easily. A CC/SB 6.4 is in the 7600-8000lb range, they are NOT light trucks. Tuning will wake a 6.4 up like no other truck. Tuning alone has netted near 600 rwhp on these trucks.

I Had a 2010 f250. It was stock. My office is 200 miles from home driving on freeway not loaded it would average 15 if if i was lucky. If i drove faster then 70 i would average 13-14 mpg.

Traded it in for 2012 drove to office ranging speed 65-90 18 mpg easly.

Hate the regen but that is life making my money back on saved diesel.

Yes the 6.7's are far better in the mileage department thanks to the addition of urea injection. Eliminates the need for regens.

Option 3.31 as well for the 6.7's. 3.55's were available for the 6.4 in 2010 as well.
