dodge tow mirros on OBS ford
#21
So you wont flip them down when not towing? Might as well slap a big "Cummins" sticker on the back window, and roll coal like every other D-bag who does the same. My opinion, but i think its kinda dumb. But its cool that your customizing your rig the way you like! Im sure no other true ford owner will have dodge mirrors on his rig.

explains what?? that people like to have a strong reliable cheap to fix engine thats set a standard?
i own a 6.0 and hate it. idk what kind of lies your telling yourself about your truck..
id put a cummins under the hood of mine if i had the cash. as of now its got a for sale sign on it

It explains the way he thinks. Not all cummins owners are this way, but a lot are. Heres what im getting at. A lot of cummins owners like to "roll coal", i never have thought that was very cool. Granted there are Dmax owners and PSD owners who think the same, but cummins owners make it a way of life. So for that i want to say, thank you for making my 6.0 unreliable, because now ford has to put emmisions crap on my truck, that causes failures left and right. Then, for some reason, these same owners like to drive around with their mirrors flipped up for no reason. If the OP would have stated that he didnt wanted to flip them down because he could see better, that would have been fine. But he even stated that the damn mirrors made the truck too wide. If it makes the truck too wide, why not add an extra 6" inches on each side, and leave em flipped up! Makes all sort of sense to me!
All im saying is he has the mentality of a D bag cummins owner, and it shows. His truck, he can do with it what he pleases. The workmanship is actually pretty good, i never faulted him on that. You can get as defensive as you want, i have my opinion and i shared it. Sorry you didnt like it puppy.

It's mostly the young crowd that roll coal and if the young GM and Ford owners could do it as cheap as the Cummins guys can, they would. Now let me say that I don't include all young diesel owners in that statement before people start jumping on me, I'm just sayin most of the time on the street when you see coal rolling it's usually some kid.

Are we supposed to be impressed with 70K trouble free miles on a $40K plus truck. I bet there are Cummins trucks with 250K trouble free miles.

One more thing, why do people worry about what other people do with thier mirrors ?

Yea, and "i bet" if a frog had wings, it wouldnt bump its a$$ when it hopped. Your truck is what you put into it. I agree, young kids are typically the ones acting like fools on the street. Every truck brand has a stereotype. Dodge is the worse. Dont get offended when i point them out, and act like everything else is junk.

I also had a buddy who lost a mirror off of his F350 on the passenger side, driving down a narrow bridge where a cummins owner coming the other direction thought his flipped out mirrors looked so cool...
I really don't care what anyone does with their truck, but the OP has already admitted his truck is too wide for the road, but wont flip his mirrors down because....???
