Default ThinkIng of rebuilding my tranny

it doesn't need it yet (but sometimes acts like she has small issues), but I am getting ready to move cross country and am going to be pulling an enclosed cargo trailer, and just dont want to have any issues from the tranny.

I am looking at the Sun Coast Xtreme Rebuild Kit, the JW VB, and a 6.0 converter and cooler. Does this seem like a good combination? How long should it take to rebuild the transmission? Will i need any special tools or anything else i should know about?

Or should I just do the VB and possibly the 6.0 converter?
