Default i gotta tough one this time 01 7.3

Started my truck this morning and it had a extremly rough start with white and a lil blue smoke. I know white is water and blue is oil. It sounded like there was something loose in the motor. So i decided to drive it anyways and the smoke went away and the noise withen 2 miles of my house. Still has not came back, also i found a little piece of what lookes to be two pieces of copper pressed together in my exhaust, could it be exhaust donuts, if it were a head gasket i would think i would still be smoking with contaminated coolant/oil. My turbo seems to work and boost normaly sometimes but other times seems like there is no boost what so ever. and EGTs seem a little higher which would make sence if my turbo was not working properly

any help is appreciated mechanical problems useually do not fix them selfs and i am stumed.

White is also raw, unburned fuel....which is what happens when a diesel cranks/no starts while fueling. Don't light a match.
