Default front leaf springs

i was wondering if the front leaf springs were different between an e99 auto and a late99 manual, thats the only difference in the trucks, my cuz out a lift on his truck and gave me his front springs it seemed like his truck sat higher than mine and i was wondering if it was worth my time to swap mine out????

Also your E99 has more rake as E99 F250's have the taller F350 blocks, where the late 99's have the short blocks.

but these are the front springs he gave me, so im not worried about the rear blocks, i was thinking about putting these other front springs in and then look at leveling kits, and didnt know which way would be the best.
