PB Blaster... Hit it with some of that, wait a few seconds and you will hear a "ping". Then remove the clamp.
You have to use some kind of penetrating fluid. |

feel worthless for letting this clamp whip me this way. But i have soaked it in penetrating oil for two days and still cannot get it off.

Take a long screwdriver, a hammer and hit it a few times. Trust me, just wack it, it will pop off.

Long screwdriver and dead blow an it want budge. Got one end of it 3rd of the way off but bottom an drivers side is still stuck. Cant get to drivers side with screwdriver an hammer

Dead blow won't give it the sharp shot it needs to break the siezure. I used a16oz claw hammer on mine and it popped right off!

pb blaster and a small pry bar is how i got mine off, i wouldn't suggest using this method if you plan on trying to keep that clamp, mine got mangled but i wont be using it again so i didn't care, try soaking it in pb, nothin else i tried worked but pb did, then just work your way around the clamp with a small pry bar or a flat head screw driver
