Default Hanging Idle Issue

Hey guys, Lately I have been having an idle issue. It only happens shortly after I start the truck and have noticed it only happens in stock mode or in my street mode on my flip chip. I will come to a stop and the idle will rise from normal up to almost where it sits in my high idle setting. I can switch to a different setting on my chip and it goes away..... Is this a chip issue, but then again it does it when I set the chip to stock mode too. I will just slowy rise up till it is over 1k rpms or so.

, that would definitely let you know if it is a chip issue or something else like a sensor or something
