Default Headlight Help!!!

Ok one of my close friends is looking to buy a 1999.5 7.3 PowerStroke. The truck has a whole list of mods already done to it, wheels, TS 6 pos chip, 4in Exhaust, Intake. But the only problem with the truck is the headlights. The headlights are just a filthy yellow. My friend would rather get new headlights than to even try to clean these up.

I suggested the 05-07 Harley Davidson Headlights, but I was wondering can you put the 05-07 Harley Davidson lights on a 1999? Please Help!

Yes you can, you have to cut the headder panel, and change out the headlight harness, but its not hard to do at all.

I bought the clears off of the 02-03 trucks and put them on my 99. i got them from Certifit it was $75 for both with lights also you can upgrade the turn lamps to the same years and change the bulbs and they are also clear

What exactly is the header panel?

We might go with the 02-04 Headlights if he doesnt feel like changing the harness and header panel. I have another friend with a 99 and they put the 02-04 Headlights on it, looks pretty good. But my friend who is thinkin about buying this truck is definately thinkin about HIDs. So I think either the 02-04 Headlights, the 05-07 Headlights, or the 05-07 Harley Davidson Headlights would look great with HIDs.
