You can make one for basically free out of the ebpv -

The ebpv is an exhaust backpressure valve. It closes when certain points are met when its cold to make the motor work harder to warm up faster. All you need is an on/off switch. On the turbo pedestal you will find a plug. Unplug that and there will be a grey/red wire. That is the one you cut. Have power going to the switch, the the other wire going to the grey/red wire. Tape the other end off. The pcm will no longer have control over the ebpv so when it is cold he has to turn it on manually to aid warmup. You know when it works the exhaust will have a loud hiss to it. Watch trans temps when using the brake unless you have a tc lockup -
