Default Replaced O-Rings on HPOP now it wont start

So I took my HPOP out put a new o-ring's on it and the IPR re-installed it, now no start. Its throwing code P1212 and P1280. When it is cranking over the oil pressure gauge will be low then jump up to normal. Please help

joebob- i cranked it until the batteries went dead yesterday, i plugged it in last night thinkning a hot engine would make it start easier, i put brand new fresh batteries in and i just cranked it for about 15 seconds 2 separate time. its cranking at 200rpm, the oil psi guage starts low then jumps to normal after about 5 seconds of cranking.

I have drained my batteries a couple times to get it started. Some pickups start easier then others after doing something like this
