Desperate for Assistance:

2002 Ford Excursion 200K miles - 7.3 Diesel NO Start

My Excursion was running, and started to sputter and proceeded to die. Tried everything I could think of to get it running... ended up towing to a shop that was recommended to me. They verified that the Fuel Pump was fine, the ICP and IP were fine, the HPOP has plenty of oil, but cannot verify HPOP out put pressure..... Hooked up a scanner to it but don't see all the codes.

Can someone assist me in assisting them in assisting me?

Usually if already running and then dying its an indication of a bad hpop or a bad idm ( even though they hardly ever go bad)
