When I start the truck it flashes a couple times and just stays on.. It has a clean title. And don't look wrecked. It's just always came on. Any help? Checked fuses

 

I changed batteries a while ago and mine came on for a little while but went away did you have any battery issues lately?

 

Actually I just replaced battery's and my battery light is on too? I know my batteries ain't dead and I know my alternator is good too!

 

My bet would be the clock spring in the steering wheel. It's what allows the electrical contacts for the bag and stereo controls if you have them to turn with the wheel. They wear out over time, and the airbag won't work. Careful working on airbag stuff yourself if you're unfamiliar. Static can theoretically set them off.
