Default Stalling out

I have a 99 ford f350 7.3 diesel
Have replaced all injectors
Have replaced high pressure oil pump and IPR
Have replaced cam sensor
Have replaced elect lift pump
Now after driving approx. 20 mikes it stalls out will restart after about 30 minutes. IPR coil is so hot can't touch it so I replace IPR again no difference . Any suggestions?

That's usually caused by a chip if you have one

Your torque converter could be locking up to early.
