My 99f350 has been giving me grief for months now

Story as follows. Long haulin my heavy trailer along pushing really hard late for work I hear ticking against the fire wall and lose power shut down restart nothing go month the it comes back same sound truck falls flat I change fuel filter every month and clean my k and n the. The truck goes in almost limp mode while driving wait to start light comes on and truck just falls flat no power change uvc harness left bank goes great cpl weeks does it again tighten up turbo boots. Then runs prefect two months then starts all over change CPs seems to work get truck block from my house and that tick almost like an exhaust leak comes back and no power runs like crap total miss almost like iam fuel starved checking fuel pressure tommorw

Note when ever I lose power I get that exhaust leak sound and rough running let it cool runs fine till operating temp my ebpv is not sticking CPs. Is new grey one I have dark blue on order replaced my injection control module as well truck is stock no mods yet

long shot question. Do you have mod for the ebpv. My thought is to check it out just for kicks. It may be acting up. I know when I have mine switched on, it will make the truck act like limp mode. No power, exhaust leak sound, etc. Most of the time it happens rather quickly after the truck starts up. Nothing really to do with emgine temp. But it could be that a power hook up may be goofin up.
The main place to look for this is just under the turbo. There should also be a tube that comes off the passenger side manafold, and goes up behind the driver side pulley bracket. This is the activator switch for it. May be in need of a cleaning the tube.

No no mods truck is fully stock - now it's just running like sh+t right from start up has a miss no power running terrible like its fuel starved. Ill have to say mechanics are quite the lieing sacks Arnt They. I call a speciality diesel shop they tell me how to check fuel pressure order the pressure port adapter screw it into the fuel bowl and run a line up to the window and run the truck - go in to pick up the adapter from this shop and they say no that's not how u do it bring it in and we will test it for you lmfao I order the adapter from them !!! Think ill just park it and do the beast motor I've been planning for it anyway

When it runs like poop it surges almost like its getting spurts of fuel doing fuel tank check tommorw remove my fuel pump and test it o

Dumb thoughts hear. Check for a clogged system. Unhook intake pipe going into the intake. Check exhaust for a plug, Don't laugh. I have found a muffler that is old make a truck run crappy. Then I would go for a cam sensor, crank sensor, throttle sensor, loose hookup, etc.
When was the last oil change and what type of oil. Oil pressure.
Fuel pressure. Filter, pump.
Does the truck give a code...

Last codes it gave p0231 fuel pump circulation ( thought the PCM didnt monitor this )
P1316 injector mod codes detected
P0479 exhaust back pressure sensor malfunction
B1366 ignition start failure circuit

Now. Fresh month old fuel filter have checked injector control Modual. The disc on the back was missing full of moisture replaced from a running roll over I have wired and disco the ebpv turbo wouldn't spool so rebooked it up away turbo goes (wtf ) I have issues with start in 10. Degree weather ( Celsius ) truck needs plugging in. Brand new CPs Haven't replaced the rest have however checks connections good to go unplugged I have power to them and I also cleaned them .. Iam sorta leaning on clogged fuel lines or screens never checked anything pouring rain and no indoors or
Cover to work under
