01 F350 throttle position sensor issues

One of my work trucks is an 01 f350 4x4 with the 7.3 and a zf6 and the throttle position sensor keeps going bad we have replaced it at least 3-4 times in the last year. any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Could be shorting out. Mine did it twice in the past year. Turned out to be bad wiring causing the short.
