replaced EBPS and tube now P0476
Hey all,
I'm new here and pretty new to diesels. About a year ago I had a check engine light come on. I bought a Diag reader and it indicated that I had a bad IPS, I got a new one off of Amazon and replaced it. Check engine light off.
I reran the extended tests and got a KOEO error P0470. Since it was the rainy season, I put off looking into this until last week. I found the links to cleaning the EBPS and the tube, and found a hole in the tube. I bought a new tube and cleaned the sensor as best I could, was still getting P0470 error, so i bought a new sensor. Put it on, no more P0470 error. Re ran the tests, now I get a KOEO P1298 error, and a KOER error P0476.
Since I oonly drive the truck a little, I'd like to work on these 1 at a time, and since I got the EBPS error fixed I guess the next one to tackle is the P0476. From what I can see on the forums it is a EBPV error, but Im confused as how to figure out what the problem is.
Any help?
