Default Engine bearing change advice?

I get my oil analyzed by Blackstone Labs and they said there is excess Boron. The truck has 300K miles and runs good. They said the excess Boron means the bearings are going bad. While I'm changing the bearings I'm going to change the LPOP and the harmonic balancer. The harmonic balancer does have a wobble and may be the reason the bearings are wearing? Any advice on other things to check on or replace while I'm doing the job would be helpful? Thanks..
