cold start problem

Default cold start problem

i have done replaced the cps,iac,icp,glow plugs,glow plug relay,checked the injectors 1 bad replaced it,changed the oil,checked the batteries both are good,took off fuel filter bowl and cleaned it 60 degrees yesterday and still would not start unless i pluged it in if anyone could help it would be great its a 99 f350

sorry i ment the ebps not the iac

have you checked the IPR?

If your pickup is California emissions it takes hotter glow plugs and will have a hard time starting if you install the wrong ones my bets is you threw in a set that weren't hot enough
