My truck is 01 7.3 f250 with 235k as far as I know everything is stock except the air intake and getting 4 inch down pipe and straight pipe in about a week. Should I have any problems runnin the aggressive 140hp for smoke or just playing around? Il mostly keep it in the 60/80 economy tune. I guess my question is will I have more issues than its worth? And one more question what should I start replacing to assure my 7.3 is dependable. It runs strong and cranks in 15 degree weather without pluging up. The truck is on 38s and crew cab that's my reason for more mpg and hp. Thanks for the help

 

you can play with the 140...1st, you should have gauges,the 140 on stock motor will generate heat/smoke..You will see better results with the 100hp tune..use the 60/80 for daily driving
