So I got this truck as a form of payment for a debt owed, E99 F250 7.3L all stock with 168K miles on the clock. I was told the injectors, glow plugs and GPR were new. The truck cranks fine, just won't get up and go. This is my first PSD. Things that I know are working. The IPR was swapped with a working one, IDM was swapped with a known working IDM, I ohm'd out the injectors, UVCH and GP all were within tolerance. Truck has a new fuel pump, that came with the truck..I just had to install it. Over 50 psi of FP at the bowl. I dropped the tank and cleaned it, the fuel bowl and the lines(the were pretty nasty). The HPOP fills up almost to the top. When I picked the truck up, I was able to get it to start, eventually. It took quite a while and it had absolutely no power on the drive home. I don't think I could get it to 40mph. I've been reading three different forums for the past week trying to diagnose this engine, I don't have a tuner or code reader for it and I am too broke to take it to the stealership. I'm sure I've left something out, it's been 2 long weekends in a row. Thanks for your time. Sorry for the poor quality and lighting, I'm about to pull my hair out.
