Default loss of power on start up

a few days ago i cranked up my truck when i went to pull out of my drive way it felt like it had no power, it felt like the turbo didnt spool up after about 2 minuits it went back to normal a few months ago it did this but i restarted it and it was back to normal. anyone else had this problem? thanks

Your Exhaust Back Pressure Valve is closing.

Clean your EBP sensor and tube for starters. Then run some tests to figure out why its closing. It should only close when its cold out, at at this point I dont think its cold out anywhere right now.
