Default Spider Pipe

I was wonder if the spider pipe off of a newer truck would fit onto my turbo with the different pedistal

no, the 99.5-03 7.3s use a 3" intake plenum. the OBS uses a 2" plenum you need to find one off an E99

early 99, they used the same 2" plenums as the OBS

would the e99 spider use the stock mating clamp as the original?

e99 spider connects your stock turbo to your stock plenums. Add intercooler/piping and go.

Yes the clamp from the e99 fits

i mean the clamp from the 97, cause i have a e99 spider but i need a bigger clamp so i was wondering if i don't actually have an e99 part, because the spider fits nicely on there the clamp doesn't fit
