why wont it start?

Is it just not turning over fast enough to start or what. Have you been plugging it in when its cold, and also how many miles are on it. Also drain the water fuel separator several times next time you start it because if you have any water there it could be freezing and restricting fuel flow.

have you checked the fuel heater under the filter? My wife had trouble with hers starting, the element heater under the fuel filter was bad, fuel pump located at the back of intake manifold was weak and glow plug connection on passager side valve cover gasket was fried along with several glow plugs, it also had the contacts bad in the glow plug relay located at the front of engine intake. coil pulled in but no juice going to the plugs, I drive a cummins and got alot of time invested in trying to get her 7.3 to start and run like mine does. GOD I LOVE MY 5.9 Cummins. I ordered a manual for her truck thank god i needed it Ford has quite a unique fuel delivery system on the diesels but i would double check youre heating systems first, Glow Plugs,(they can be OHMED out for resistance) actual current draw through relay and those real expensive valve cover gaskets and electrical connections in them. Beware the wiring harness replacement for those is over 700.00 the last time I checked. I wish you all the luck but my experience has been you need more money than luck those parts are high on Ford.
