Default AC Problems

I hope it is nothing major, but surley someone else has seen this one. It gets good and cold when Im moving, but when I have to sit at an idle, then it gets warm on me. If I sit still too long, like ten minutes or so, I may as well have turned on the heater. Any suggestions?

im no pro but i believe "dodge*this" is right... when the system gets low on Freon and the pump isnt pumping much (AKA at idle) the system freezes up and allows even less freon threw... mine did this... i opened the hood and saw the lines going into the canister had ice on them.... topped it off with freon, doesnt do it anymore
