I have a 1995 f350 and it through a code for a replacing my icp sensor now that I have it now though code p1211 and come to a rough idle for a few seconds after I shift at 2000-2200 rpms or when I'm on the highway and build more then 12 pounds of boost then lose all my power I do have a 6 position chip and have had it for 2 years with now issues my father who is a master technician is stumped I have checked my oil witch is good and when looking through the scanner at idle the ipc shows 580 and never passes over 1090 lbs any ideas
