Pedal assemble movement, please advise.
Hey guys,
Just joined your forum & newbie to the Powerstroke (1997 extended cab 4X4)
A little info on the truck issue
I just bought the truck & original clutch with 183,000 km's (115,000 miles) the clutch is stiff & clutch engages about 1 inch off the floor BUT shifts fine.
I ordered a new clutch kit (LUK 27066) thinking it will solve the issue BUT after doing a little homework I came across this permanent fix and ordered.
Ford Clutch ROD Permanent FIX Repair 1988 1998 1999 F150 F250 F350 | eBay (the previous owner did the bushing mod to the clutch pedal)
I looked at the pedal assembly and noticed a bit of play (white piece on right)when moving the clutch BUT have no idea if this is normal??
I made a short video if someone could please advise that would be greatly appreciated.
