Default 1998 international t444e will not start

replaced alternator and starter .
truck worked one day then stop working ..
does not turn over with key ....yet solinoid make continous clicking sound from gps ... and a relay in fuse box turned key to aux and stops clicking sound but still no start ..
im not a diesle guy so need pointers and help

I would start checking the wires for breaks,or loose grounds,

loose grounds broken wires . will that or can that explain the gps clicking with key off makes no sence why key off does this grounds all look good i know that much
