Turbo pressure

08 6.4 turbo is surging up to 25 psi at 70 mph any ideas, new to this,

iv herd this being caused by the regen process i have a 08 6.4 with dpf delete and five inch pipe and runs like a dream pushing h&s mini max

I've done egr/dpf delete s&b air intake cleaned map & ebp sensors H&S xrt pro tuner covered grill because of the extreme cold IDK??? Thanks for reply

Do you notice rpms rising when this happens it could be a tourqe converter let the motor rev up
