x2, i would definitely remove the Triple Dog and see if it stops.

id also check the icp desired vs icp actual with a scan tool. a friend of mine 6.0 would hesitate then jerk a little while taking off from a stop and his icp was bad

 

When is the last time the fuel filter(s) were changed? when was the last time the oil filter was changed? How old are the batteries and have they been load tested lately? come on man read the sticky at the top of the section and give us all the info we need. takes a lot of time just asking questions to get to the point that we would have been at if you had read the thread... not trying to be an ***...hope it didnt come across that way. We need every bit of info you got cause we cant see it hear it or smell it.
