Default hp!!!

Hey how ya doin im new here, and i was just wondering what kind of hp Im pushing idk if anyone has exactly what i have but if anyone has a close comparison and has had theirs on the dyno i just want a ballpark if ya can. I have an 06 ford f350 with 6.0 with sct w/ innovative extreme race tune, cfm large mouth intake, egr delete kit, 185cc injectors, ats stage 2 tranny, arp head studs and a modified the plate blocking the inlet for the air intake behind the grill. I work alot so i dont have much time to take her over to set up a pull or two on the dyno any guesstimate on the hp would be greatly appreciated?

The modification of the plate behind the grille is known as the "Zoodad Mod." You're about 450-500

Are your tunes updated for your injectors? Stock turbo? That stock turbo is killing it. You've got enough fuel for mid 500, but you're probably more like 450 at the wheels. Very close to 450 rwhp.

That sounds like a complete disaster waiting to happen! Had any transmission issues yet? cause you will. Get rid of that superchips and get an SCT with custom tunes. You're not taking full advantage of those 190's. What turbo? I'd be really impressed if you were at 500 rwhp with that.

I agree. Neither will be more than 500. AL31031 is missing a turbo, and 03Powerstroke is missing correct tuning, and will probably grenade a transmission if he keeps driving it with those big injectors and no trans tuning.

Well saying you've gone through a few ATS trannies isn't surprising even if you didn't have the big sticks. I've heard nothing but horror stories with ATS, especially their customer service.

I just realized you're in upstate NY, where are you at? I'm in Richfield Springs myself, but work up towards Utica. Also venture out Albany way quite a bit.

Check out Upstate Bombers when you get a chance, it's the upstate NY diesel club. We actually have a get together coming up towards the end of the month.

What are you running for turbo? There are a few guys using just a powermax and 190's and laying down 510-540ish rwhp. The tuning is killing it, you really need custom tunes to match larger injector/turbo combinations. I can't believe you don't go through headgaskets often, even with the studs. Cylinder pressures are probably through the roof.

Your built tranny should crap out in no time with the big injectors and only a superchips. You really need to harness the power from the sticks and tune the tranny, being built wont save it. It'll last longer than stock, but it still wont hold up. Tuning is absolutely key to the life of a 5R110.
