I'd say keep doing whatever you're already doing, cause it's working...

Give us some info about the truck, what mods do you have, how do you use it, what do you want to do, and what's the budget? Need info dude!

Well I use the truck for personal and recreation use. Curantly it stock, but I would like to start with some 4in exhaust turbo back then some head studs and from there id like to keep it reasonable so my wife can drive but fun for me and for the budget I like the most for the least hopfully im not the only one... Right

Headstuds isn't necessary if you've gone this long, unless you're putting a hot tune in. What's the maintenance like on this? When's the last time coolant was flushed? What about trans?

4" exhaust is good, coolant filter is a good idea, fuel pressure gauge is a good idea (other gauges if you want to tune it) and engine oil temp and engine coolant temp too. Full EGR delete wouldn't hurt either.

yes, buy lottery ticket...

I did notice last weekend when I had the coolant out changing the injectors that there was some small amounts of an oily substance in the bottom of the buckets and also the water was greenish black but not milky.. So I wasnt sure really what it was I wanted to belive that it was from a stuck egr but I really dont know and the tranny seems fine no slips always positive shifts and the filter and pan were both clean... Oil every 7000 mobil delvac 1300 15/40 & 1gallon lucas and yes I do need some leads on good egr delete and the exhaust if you know of any

ANd if I wanted to tune... What would be the first step? Overhaul...
