Well if it had 48 volts then it wasn't bad. Did you test it with the key on/engine off, and then while cranking, and then while running?

Default ficm problem

When I check my voltage with ignition on engine of it reads 47.5 but when i crank it it reads 14v any reason why maybe a short between the ficm and the injectors?

FICM needs to be repaired or replaced. It is the FICM that is bad. You should also load test your batteries too.

No codes? Could you do an injector Buzz test? If they all buzz nice and loud and you get eight separate buzzes, then we might have eliminated the injectors or the UVC harness.Let us know. I might have an Idea.

If he tested 14v while cranking on his FICM, it is toast. Since it fires the injectors that is his problem. UVC harness is 7.3 stuff, you're in the 6.0 section.

Default fuse?

Karl,

Was it fuse #20? Which fuse was it and what did it control?
