Default 06 f250 crank no start

I've got an 06 f250 6.0L that will crank and try to hit but won't start. The ficm, FICM sync, irp, and icp all test good just changed oil and filter, both fuel filters and air filter and still no start any ideas?

Any Codes?
smoke from the tailpipe?
Plugged into the block heater?
Verify GPCM and glow plugs working correctly?

I'm having the same issue with my buddies 03 6.0
Picking up a code reader tomorrow to monitor FICM, Sync, ICP, IPR.

Shows no codes, block heater is plugged in, no smoke that I see, and how do you test the GPCM

Have you removed the secondary fuel bowl and checked for fuel?

Remove the secondary fuel bowl and fuel pump fuse, with a helper cranking the motor verify no bubbles showing up in the bowl. this is a sign of cylinder compression escaping into the injection system.

"on my buddies 6.0 I'm having issues with I finally have it starting and running just really rough idle, still stumped on that one."
