Default wth.....lucky?

On my way to get an oasis report from the dealer' about a mile away....all my gauges stopped working....radio died...check engine light, abs light, battery light, came on...freaky. Made it to dealer...got report, was gonna have service dept look at it while I was there. Got in truck to start it and pull it up...... Everything is normal.... Start heading home...same deal... Then just died...lights flashing on dash...freaking kaos... Would start and die...start and die...run for a few seconds. ...and die..... Managed to get it to a safe place....popped hood...everything looked fine...waited a few minutes.... Start and die....OMFG.... Looked some more.... And found the positive battery cable on passenger side battery... Broke.....was able to use zip ties (don't judge me) to keep it tight and wedged to post.... Fired up, and ran fine... Got her home.....Is there anything that could've been damaged electrical?

I'd just check to make sure it didn't arc over to anything else. Otherwise repair/replace and monitor over the next week or so.
