Default EGR delete problem

Hi Guys I a frequent this site but have never register and I could really use some help. After reading all of your 6.0 repair forums I had the confidence to attempt to work on mine but have ran into a problem that I cannot figure out and was hoping you could help me out.I have 2 2006 F350 6.0's and one has been in the shop for almost all of the usual problems but the other one started losing coolant and I discovered there was a small crack on the degas bottle but i was only losing about a quart a week so i didn't worry about it. This truck has had a hot no start for about a year so I was going to address this also when I had to work on it Then about 3 weeks ago we had 3 days of about 15 degrees and I started heading out for the day and overheated about 45 minutes later and was down a full gallon and a half and visible leaks and since I had been though this with my other truck I knew it was most likely my EGR cooler failing so I ordered an EGR delete kit, a new oil cooler and a new degas bottle. With your instructions I was able to get it all apart and also discovered that my dummy plug o-rings were bad so I replaced with new upgraded ones. I got everything back together and had to crank for quite a while but I got it to start for about a minute and it didn't smoke like some others mention. The truck died after about a minute and I was able to get it to crank and it ran real rough and would rev up and then drop back down and ran for about 6-7 minutes and then died so I referred back your videos and figured my IPR may be dirty so took the turbo back off and took it out and cleaned it and the screen and put everything back together and tried cranking it and it would not start so I got a Bosch OBD-II read the coes and recieved the following ones
PO264, PO403, PO405, PO672,PO674,P2285,PO231,PO562,P1000,P1378,U1900
I cleared the codes and tried starting it but it just cranks till the batteries get weak and I have to leave on the charger but when I am cranking it the oil pressure needle comes up after about 20 seconds and goes back down after 45 seconds I did fill the reservoir and I removed the ICP and cranked till oil came out I am not sure whatelse to do or to try. This work truck has been down 2 weeks and I need it back running and advice would be greatly appreciated. Great forums by the way huge fan here!

You need to replace that degas bottle. *Yes and you already did*
Because you are not only losing coolant. Your engine losing coolant pressure to maintain its cooling system. This will messed up alot of things. Injector/seals, headgasket.

Only thing you want to do without removing and cranking up the tools. Is doing air pressure test to your ICP and listen to the leakage sound.
I just went to Lowes or Home Depot and pickup 1/4 Male flare to connect to ICP and connect it to compressor if you have one.
If not, because neither I. I bought that foot air pump for vehicle tires and tested with it.

Next step is doing bubble test without turning your key in ignition.
