Default Getting ready to buy 05 6.0! Need advice first though!

Well I'm looking at a 2005 F250 6.0 Powerstroke, It really grew on me and I think I'm going to buy it next week, only thing is not sure if it's worth the price. It does seem to have quite a bit done to it. He's asking 23,000 but I'm hoping he'll drop it at down to around 22,500. The truck has a clean title and everything here's the list of mods done to it below.

-180,000 miles; but motor was freshly rebuilt
-36,000 miles on rebuilt trans, only upgrade are Red Alto clutches
-ARP Head Studs
-New Fire Ringed Heads
-Barder Stage 2.5 Turbo
-175/75 Injectors
-Fass 200gph Lift pump with xdp sump and 1/2 fuel lines
-AFE Deep pan
-Snow performance max tow water
Meth Injection

-BD Exhaust Manifolds W/ MBRP Up pipe
-Bullet Proof Water Pump
-New OEM Oil Cooler
-Sinister fuel regulated return kit
-Sinister coolant filter
-Sinister EGR delete
-K&N Intake
-Cfm+ large mouth
-Quick trick 58v ficm
-5 Inch turbo back to 8 inch tip
-SCT Livework w/ custom tunes
-8 Inch Lift, 38x15.50x20 Toyo W/ Fuels
-Custom Traction Bars
-Amp Steps
-Kenwood touch screen radio
-Recon Leds all around

Any advice is greatly appricated, I'll also answer any questions as well.

I didn't think fire rings were good for a daily driver. Required periodic torquing, are you sure they are not oring ed heads? Otherwise looks pretty mean.

Why is he selling it? Check it out real good but seems like nice truck done right. I think price is fair, lotta $$$$$ in that one already done.

Kinda cheap for what's done to it. Take it to a mechanic have em look it over and find out why he is selling it. It looks nice but could have problems when you test drive it have the mirror adjusted to see your exhaust. And if everything checks out and you buy it don't drive it like a grandma.
