2004 6.0 not heating up

new to this site

any ideas

2004 f250 6.0 temp only gets luke warm and not hot, temp guage raises slowly
temp guage doesnot move up and down as it should, could this be a thermostat issue or water pump, how would I check.

Do you have access to any sort of monitor or gauge setup? Where are you located?
