Default New With Diesels, Need Help 2004 F350 6.0

I've got a 2004 F350 6.0, out of the blue one morning it did not want to start, it cranks but does not start. If you add ether it seems like it wants to turn over, but then it just goes back to cranking as soon as the ether is gone. I've checked the FICM and it registered at 48V with the key on, 48V switching the key from off to on and 48V while cranking. It's a late model 04, I've unplugged the ICP connection and it still just cranks. Fuel pump works also, I can hear it running when I switch the key to on and it also runs when I turn it on with my scanner. I've hooked up my scanner and it reads:
P0272- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0281- Cylinder 7 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0672- Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit
P0674- Cylinder 4 Glow Plug Circuit
P0677- Cylinder 7 Glow Plug Circuit
P2291- ICP Too Low- Engine Cranking
I need some help! Just FYI... I have not changed fuel filters, or checked glow plugs. Is there a way to make sure the glow plugs are working? I have a Verus Snap-on scanner and can see detailed info about the truck, I just do not know what to look for... for example at what pressure should the injectors be?
