Default Coolant leak

Hi, I have a 2007 F350 6.0 with the egr delete. It is leaking anti freeze by the front of the motor by a belt. Any ideas? No over heating issues, yet. It's a steady drip.

Hate too say it but could be the common cavitated front cover. They are back ordered and run $2000.00 plus...hopefully just water pump

Start at the bottom, work your way up. I found a leak at the tstat housing when the temps dipped down low.
