2004 f250 sct live wire coolant filter air intake exhaust head studs new stand pipes new head gaskets and valve cover gaskets boost builder S&B cnc pipe oil cooler

had 2 injectors replaced around 7-9k miles ago and i belive all but 3 or 4 injectors are originals but anyway its been starting hard have to cycle glow plugs and crank 3-5 times before it finally starts once it warms it runs fine besides small shakes at stop lights and some kinda violet shaking while cruising

and now the truck just cranks and cranks and cranks no start sounds like it is not getting fuel i can hear a glow plug/injector buzz and this is the worst time ive had starting it (obviously) and when i spay starting fluid it barleys starts but revs up a lil and then dies
i have no check engine light and no codes come up with the sct so im assuming that means its not a electrical issue with the injectors or a sensor issue

Now the truck won't even crank me n my dad tried starting it last night till the batteries were almost dead so we stopped n put a charger on it this morning on 20amp and I tried cranking it this morning and nothing n then I saw a lil white smoke under the passenger aide valve cover some one please help

 

You must charge batteries and have good voltage to get these running. I would look up ficm test procedure and make sure ficm is working AFTER you charge batteries fully and make sure both batts are good! Repost if issues persist
