OK, I am fixing an HPOP pressure issue.

So, working my way thru the whole system I count....... 34 o-rings (all being replaced)

- oil to HPOP (1) (don't know if I should count that one)
- HPOP to fitting (1) (fitting replaced, updated to old style, no quick connect)
- Fitting to tubes (1)
- Stand tubes, 4 each (8) -very worn- (tubes replaced)
- Dummy Plugs, 2 each (4) -bottom ones eroded- (replaced)
- Rail to Cones (8) -some cones feel loose-
- Cones to Injectors (8) -don't know the condition yet-
- IPR valve (2) (new style screen floating loose and with crud)(replaced)
_ IPC sensor (1)

Wow, in a system designed to hold 4,400 psi of oil. A pulsing 4,400 psi of oil !

Yea and that doesn't count injector to head o-rings

Just bitching. My OTC 6764 just died 10 minutes out of the box.
Sure hope it didn't kill the new IPC Pressure Regulator Valve.
